- Environmental Maintenance:Assisting with housekeeping and common area cleaning is one of our highest priorities!
- Cultural exchanges:Receive domestic and international travelers, share your travel stories and listen to their life experiences.
- Wizardry on the ground:Assisting at the counter and becoming a traveler in Kagi, solving problems for travelers.
- Explore in depth:Together, we will discover Chiayi's local culture and alleyway food, so that traveling is more than just hitting the streets.

Exchange quota for accommodation
- 1 to 3 per day.
- The minimum number of days for change of accommodation must be able to fulfill at least 14 days. (Including rest days)

Recruitment conditions
Must be at least 18 years old, responsible, hardworking and willing to share experience.
Good hygiene practices, team player, good communication skills to ensure smooth operation of the hotel.
If you wish to exchange your professional talents for a place in the hostel, please include your favorite works and work plan (e.g. painting, plumbing, photography, audio-visual production, drawing, writing articles, etc.) when applying for a place.
Busy Hour
- Assist for 4 to 5 hours per day.
- At least 2 days off a week.
(Due to the fact that the busy schedule of the hostel is different from that of the general industry, it is not possible to schedule weekends off, so it is necessary to cooperate with the scheduling of the Anlanju.)
Accommodation change contents.
- Cleaning of rooms and maintenance of the environment (Please do not try if you do not like to participate in housekeeping and toilet cleaning).
- Communicate with friends at home and abroad, and make new friends from all over the world.
- Assist in counter administration, greet travelers and help solve problems, share Chiayi travel experience.
- Together, we will gain a deeper understanding of Chiayi's local culture.
- Have fun and enjoy yourself while taking action and getting something out of it!
